10A. Formation of the Film Development Board:
(1) Government of Nepal shall, for the development and promotion of motion picture sector, form a Film Development Board representing by the concerned person or institution related  with such sector.
(2) The formation procedure and other functions of the Film Development Board to be constituted pursuant to Sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
